We recently installed a 6 camera system for a small business in Van Nuys. 4 of the cameras were small infrared bullet cameras and the other 2 were covert cameras hidden in smoke detectors. We set the DVR to view only 4 cameras live on the monitor at the store, but still record all 6. Our installer than connected the DVR to the customers existing DSL and with a bit of expert programming all the cameras could be seen on the customers home computer and smart phone. His home computer has all the same funtions as the DVR at his business. Now the owner has a greater feeling of security 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world.
