M&J Video got a call from a customer in Pacoima last week week. He had a DVR installed at his home4 years ago. When he installed the video surveillance system he was having an issue with a neighbor that was quickly resolved after the cameras were installed. It had been about 3 1/2 years since he checked any recordings. He had an issue and went to check the back up and he found that one of his 2 hard drives was not working. The DVR simply needed to be rebooted. The point is, even if you don’t have any issues you should check you video security equipment at least once a month. You don’t want to miss something important when it does happen.
